Thirty seconds is the fastest run measured end to end, from cold first message to booked appointment, on live numbers through the production Meta API, in both languages.

You have already paid for the lead.

The ad spend is gone the moment the message lands. The next five minutes decide whether it becomes a conversation.

42hours

Average time to a first response, counting only the companies that responded at all.

23%

Never replied to the lead at all.

21×

More likely to qualify if you reach them within five minutes, compared with thirty.

Kadensio replies to every lead in seconds, including the ones that arrive at 2am, at the weekend and on public holidays.

Figures: Oldroyd, McElheran and Elkington, Harvard Business Review, 2011, auditing 2,241 US companies, and the associated Lead Response Management study. Both come from the same lead researcher, and a company selling lead‑response software sponsored the second, so read them as a single body of work. This is US data from 2011. Other markets show the same pattern, but these figures do not measure Dubai, the UAE or Egypt.

Four steps, with nobody on shift.

It runs a fixed script on the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, so it cannot invent a price, a payment plan or a unit that does not exist.

  2. Language chosenEnglish, picked by the buyer

  3. Nine answers recordedApartment, Dubai Marina, up to 4 million, installments

  4. Scored 93, hotTen factors, each with a written reason

  5. Sent to Mariam HaddadCovers Dubai Marina, speaks English

  6. Viewing bookedThursday 11:00, in your Google Calendar

Sample timeline for one lead.
  1. They message your number

A number on a listing, a QR code on a hoarding, a contact a friend forwarded. Website forms and Facebook lead ads feed the same flow.

    • Direct WhatsApp
    • Website form
    • Facebook lead ad
  2. It replies in seconds, in their language

The buyer picks Arabic or English before anything else, and Kadensio never guesses from the phone number. Both languages ship, tested against the production API. We write and load any other language during setup.

  3. Nine questions, then a score you can audit

Permission, location, unit type, budget, payment plan, down payment, timeline, purpose, site visit. Ten weighted factors make up the score, and each one carries a written reason.

The score is arithmetic. The same answers always give the same number, so a sales manager can check why a lead ranked where it did, today or next month. See all ten factors and their points.

  4. Sent to the right desk, and booked

The lead goes to the salesperson who covers that project, speaks the buyer's language and has room in their queue. If the buyer wants a viewing, Kadensio offers real slots and writes the booking to your Google Calendar. If nobody acknowledges the lead, it sends a reminder at 15 minutes and alerts the manager at 30.

Your salespeople see the hottest lead first.

Every lead lands in a web dashboard with the whole conversation attached, so the first call starts where the qualification ended.

Hot leads first

Kadensio sorts the queue by score, and each score opens to the ten factors behind it.

How the score works

99

Hot

Sample lead. Five of ten weighted factors shown.

  • Site visit 20
  • Budget 20
  • Timeline 16
  • Baseline 10
  • Down payment 8
  • The whole conversation

Every answer the buyer gave, in their own words, before anyone picks up the phone. Reply from the same screen.

  • Why they got it

Routing records every salesperson it considered and why it chose this one.

  • Take over in one tap

A salesperson can take the conversation from the engine at any point, and hand it back when they are done.

  • Nothing waits unnoticed

A reminder at 15 minutes, a manager alert at 30, and one list of every lead still waiting for a reply.

  • A manager's overview

Speed to acknowledge, new and qualified leads, and where leads come from, by week or by month.

Test it from your own phone.

This is the live production system. Message it the way a buyer would. It asks for Arabic or English, runs you through the nine questions, scores you and offers a viewing slot.

Try it on WhatsApp

Pick the language you sell in. It books nothing on your behalf, and nobody will call you.

Unofficial WhatsApp automation can get your number banned.

Some WhatsApp automation is unofficial: a script driving WhatsApp Web, or a scraped session pretending to be a phone. It is cheap, it works for a while, and it breaks WhatsApp's terms. WhatsApp can restrict or ban a number that breaks them.

That number is on every listing, every board and every card you have handed out. Losing it means losing the way buyers reach you.

  • Unofficial

    A scraped session

It breaks WhatsApp's terms, and WhatsApp can restrict or ban the number.

  • Kadensio

    Official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform

The sanctioned route: a registered business number, approved message templates, delivery receipts, and a connection Meta provides.

We tested it end to end on live numbers through the production Meta API, in Arabic and English. Official and unofficial routes compared, with Meta's own terms.

Your questions, your wording, your languages.

The nine questions are a starting point. Reword them, reorder them, drop the ones you never ask and add the ones you ask on every call.

You change the script. The engine scores and routes every answer with the same fixed arithmetic, whatever you ask.

What brokers ask first.

Is this a chatbot?

No. A chatbot writes its own replies. Kadensio sends the replies you approved, in the order you set, and scores the answers with fixed arithmetic. It contains no generative model, so it cannot make up a price, a payment plan or a unit.

What does it cost?

Kadensio has no published price. You agree any subscription fee in writing. Meta bills its messaging fees at cost and Kadensio adds no markup. The Terms of Service set this out in full.

What if a buyer's answer doesn't fit the question?

It asks once more. If the second answer still doesn't fit, it saves the buyer's own words as a note for your salesperson and moves on to the next question. Your salesperson still sees what the buyer wrote.

Can a salesperson step in?

At any point. Taking over stops the engine replying to that buyer until someone hands the conversation back.

What happens when a buyer says stop?

The engine opts them out on the spot, stops messaging them and marks the lead as not interested.

Does it work with the number we already use?

It runs on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, so you register the number there. If the number your buyers know is on the ordinary WhatsApp Business app today, moving it is the first thing we go through together.

Where is our data kept?

On servers in Frankfurt, Germany, with backups in the same region. Meta handles the messages it delivers, and Google handles calendar events if you connect a calendar. The Data Processing Addendum lists every sub-processor.

Which languages does it speak?

Arabic and English ship, both tested against the production API. For any other language your buyers use, we write and load it during setup, the same way we add a custom question.
