01The ten factors
The engine asks nine questions on WhatsApp: permission, location, unit type, budget, payment plan, down payment, timeline, purpose and site visit. Once the answers are in, each factor below adds its points.
| Factor | Points | How it scores |
|---|---|---|
| Baseline | 10 | Every scored lead starts here. |
| Budget | 8 to 25 | By the top of the declared budget: 10 million or more, 25. 5 million or more, 20. 3 million or more, 14. Any budget given, 8. |
| Timeline | 2 to 20 | As soon as possible, 20. Within three months, 16. Within six months, 10. Just exploring, 2. |
| Site visit | 0 or 20 | Wanting to see the unit is the strongest buying signal in the model. |
| Payment plan | 6 to 12 | Cash, 12. Flexible, 8. Installments, 6. |
| Down payment | 0 to 12 | Measured against the bottom of the budget: 20% or more, 12. 10% or more, 8. Any amount given, 4. |
| Purpose | 0 to 8 | Investment, or investment and residence together, 8. Primary residence, 5. |
| Unit type | 3 to 6 | Villa, townhouse or commercial, 6. Apartment, 4. Any other type given, 3. |
| Location | 0 or 5 | A named location, because it lets routing find the salesperson who covers it. |
| Qualification complete | 0 or 5 | The buyer answered every question. |
The maximums add up to 123 and Kadensio caps the score at 100, so a lead can reach the top without a perfect answer on each factor.
02Hot, warm and cold
A score of 75 or more is hot, 45 to 74 is warm, and anything below 45 is cold. The dashboard sorts each salesperson's queue by score, hottest first, and every score opens to the factors behind it.
03A worked example
A buyer looking for an apartment in New Cairo, with a budget of 3 to 5 million, paying in installments with 500,000 down, buying within three months, for their own home, who wants a site visit:
| Factor | Answer | Points |
|---|---|---|
| Baseline | Any scored lead | 10 |
| Budget | Up to 5,000,000 | 20 |
| Timeline | Within three months | 16 |
| Site visit | Yes | 20 |
| Payment plan | Installments | 6 |
| Down payment | 500,000 against 3,000,000 (17%) | 8 |
| Purpose | Primary residence | 5 |
| Unit type | Apartment | 4 |
| Location | New Cairo | 5 |
| Qualification complete | All nine answered | 5 |
| Score | Hot | 99 |
Give the engine the same nine answers next month and it returns 99 again.
04Why fixed arithmetic
A sales manager has to be able to check a score. With ten visible factors, you can show the salesperson who got the lead, and the one who didn't, where each point came from.
Kadensio stores each score with the model version and a fingerprint of the exact answers behind it. Scoring the same answers again returns the run Kadensio already holds, so you can trace any score back to what the buyer said.
05Limits of the score
Routing picks the salesperson, in a separate step. It matches the lead's project, unit type, location and language against each salesperson, weighs their current load, and records every candidate it considered. The score sets the lead's place in the queue once it arrives.
The weights stay fixed. They change when we publish a new model version, and existing scores keep the version they came from. No process retrains them on past leads.
Missing answers score zero. The dashboard lists the answers a score went without.
